I began listening to this podcast with some trepidation. The “love yourself” approach can become overdone in my opinion. But right away I’m doing an interactive exercise with the host and I’m actually feeling better about myself. Definitely one to keep! The only thing I would fix, and it’s a minor point, is there is a massive volume change from intro to main episode to outro, where I found myself having to quickly turn the volume down at beginning and end and having to turn it way up in the middle. Other than that, this is gold.
